Our scope was to install passive fire protection across this 4,000 sqm development. This included; High level beam encasement using Glasroc F Firecase. Installing fire & smoke blocks to the Comflor E60 ribbed deck. Install fire stop sealant to concrete floor movement joints and edge slab joints. Install intumescent sponge to floor movement joints on first floor from above and below. Install fire stop sealant to top of block wall and expansion joints. Batt and mastic to over 100 services penetrations. Fire compound to services risers.
